I/We also understand that by submitting a registration form that campers automatically grant permission to use photographs of individuals, families, and/or groups in YMCA promotional materials. No compensation will be awarded for use of these photographs. The YMCA Family Camp Nawakwa and the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago do not carry accident/medical payment insurance coverage and all bills for medical treatment or prescriptions are the responsibility of the registered party. The registered party specifically assumes all risks of injury arising out of their presence on or about the premises, or their intended use of equipment, facilities, or their participation in the activities at YMCA Family Camp Nawakwa. The registered party is responsible for informing all their registered and unregistered guests of these risks and informing their registered or unregistered guests of the Nawakwa policies and procedures.
