● Building Capacity: Sleeps 24; Feeds up to 50.

● 5 Bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large great room, dishwashers, washer & dryer, deck, screened in porch, walkout basement, fireplace, picturesque lake view and many more features.

● Great for family reunions and small retreat groups.

● 2008 Summer rentals to begin in Jan or Feb 2008. Cost to rent; $2,800/week

● Fall, Winter, & Spring Group rental cost: $15/person. Minimum 15 people and two night stay.
